Equipment/Stage/Props

One straight-backed armless chair.

• One stool or table for water and equipment.
• Adequate sound system for the space. (If necessary, for a small room, of 50-75 seating, it is possible to get by with a small amp with two inputs and reverb.) One instrumental and one vocal mic on boom stands, one direct input box. The microphones should be Sure SM-58 or better quality.
• One music stand two guitar stands would be nice if they are available.
• Bottled non-carbonated spring water

Dressing Rooms

• Artist prefers an individual dressing room if possible.
• Two hand towels and one bath towel.
• Dressing room must be locked or guarded to ensure safety of Artists belongings.
• Dressing Room shall have bottled water and coffee.

Merchandising

Unless strictly prohibited by venue policy, Artist shall sell be allowed to sell merchandise at venue with 100% of the proceeds going to the artist. A table with chairs shall be provided at no cost to artist. At Artist's discretion a person shall be available to sell merchandise during and after engagements. In such a case the Artist shall negotiate in advance a reasonable percentage of the sale price per unit to the venue for such service.

Instructions for Promoter and Staff

• No portion of the performance rendered may be broadcast, photographed, recorded, filmed, taped or embodied in any form for any reason without the prior written consent of the Artist or his representatives.
• Artist shall not be required to appear or perform before an audience which is segregated on basis of race, color, creed, or sex, Or, where physical violence or injury to Artist or Artistâs Equipment is deemed likely to occur. If any such conditions exist and the Artist does not appear or perform as a result thereof, the same shall not constitute a breach of contract.
• Sponsor shall not commit Artist to any personal appearances, interview, or any type of promotion or appearance without prior consent or Artist.
